I am Michele Rase. It is nice to meet you!
We have all had many trials and tribulations during the COVID-19 Pandemic. For me, it led to an unforeseen early retirement from my beloved profession, dental hygiene. Dental hygienists were ranked as the #1 profession for risk of & spreading of the COVID-19 virus. It was a very scary time for me. But wait…. even at 68, I was not ready to retire! I am still “bursting out at the seams” to serve and inspire others! While a couple more trips around the sun have passed, I did not return to clinical practice. It is time for a “new baseline” with a positive progression to live purposely, healthy, and most of all happy!
What are your passions and life’s desires?
I am passionate about traveling with my husband, Peter, and doing girlfriend trips. This was my desire to enjoy retirement. Fortunately, life continues as we slowly return to some sense of “new” normalcy getting back to our desires. The KEY is flowing through the changes.
As we grow older, life throws us some unexpected curves, and so do our passions and desires. During COVID, my passion for helping and serving others has only grown stronger. It has encouraged me to help others build personal confidence in health & wellness so they can live their best lives!
My life experiences as a science-based, preventive health care professional have given me the confidence to invest in myself to become a Certified Health and Life Coach. Life changes can create obstacles and/or new desires. I choose to move around the obstacles and move forward.
I invite you to join me on my “AGE-GILITY” journey to be PRO-AGE at every and any AGE. Dwell in the possibilities! Say NO to reluctance and negative talk. There are no reasons to say, “I’m too old, I don’t have time, I don’t know-how, etc., etc.”. Taking small steps can lead to BIG SUCCESSES. Choose CONFIDENCE and HAPPINESS… your BEST LIFE is still ahead, and you are worth it!
