For decades, we’ve known sugar as the enemy of dental health, weight gain, and diabetes. However, recent research shows it may also quietly fast-forward our biological clock.
Recently, I read in the AARP Bulletin an article about a 2023 study at UCSF that observed 342 middle-aged women and found that those who avoided added sugars had significantly younger biological ages.

How does sugar speed up aging?

🍔 It crowds out the nutritional foods your body needs to thrive.

And while we all recognize the usual suspects—cookies, cakes, soda, and….. alcohol—it’s the sneaky ones that really get us.

✅ Choose whole, nutrient-dense foods. ✅ Swap out……….. refined snacks for fiber-rich fruits and nuts
✅ Drink more water and less soda—even diet varieties can trigger cravings and have even more harmful chemicals
