I was thankful to be celebrating my 71st birthday last week, the day after International Women’s Day!
Where did the years go? Only yesterday, I was celebrating the Sexy 60s weekend with my girlfriends at a spa weekend at Mirabeau, not to mention all the other milestones! Now, we are in our Sensational 70s!
Do you see how I practice “AGE-GILITY?”
Each decade/milestone is unique, different, and worth celebrating!
Think about it; remember turning 30, and you thought that was old. Or when you turn 40, you probably got black balloons and “Over the Hill” joke gifts.
That was a milestone over the hill……leaving so many obstacles behind.
Completing your education, settling down with your life partner, finding your dream job, buying your own home, and starting a family….
Now you can start living your best LIFE because this side of the hill can be a smoother ride.
Age is only a number and the sum of our LIFE’s EXPERIENCES!

What I have learned about myself as I developed into the person I am today.

- Love yourself first so that you CAN love others in your life.
- Take care of your mind, body, and spirit. You only have one.
- Wake each day with GRATITUDE, no matter how small.
- Surround yourself with a like-minded community of friends.
- “Pay it FORWARD” at every opportunity.
- LIVE each day like there is NO tomorrow.

My life’s journey has brought me to be a Health and Life Coach. It has taught me the importance of continuing to grow and flow into each decade of MY LIFE. I AM a CLIENT of MY WORK.
NOW it’s time to Take that nice easy SLIDE down the other side of that hill……Why……..because YOU DESERVE IT!
People often ask me how I have stayed so fit all these years.
I have always been a mover and have done exercise routines.
As a certified Women’s Fitness Specialist through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), I was inspired to create an online “Move with AGE-GILITY” Fitness course.
I will design it for more sedentary people who only walk and want to start a healthier exercise program by increasing flexibility, balance, muscle strength, core buildup, and weight control.
It will match women’s needs and physiological considerations, emphasizing improving function during activities of daily living and reducing the risk of disease and injury.
The “Move with AGE-GILITY” Fitness course will systematically apply a scientific and clinically proven training model for women looking to lose fat while maintaining lean muscle and…….. minimizing the risk of injury as we age.
I have been passionate about this idea for some time, and NOW is the time to create it and bring it to fruition.
Celebrating another year around the sun has motivated me to accomplish this before another year goes by.
Why???……because we can build muscle at any age, even if we have never worked out prior…… through strength training.
AND inevitably, MUSCLES burn more calories than FAT!
Research shows that physical activity and proper nutrition can also positively impact brain health, reducing stress and dementia by 35%.
What do we have nothing to lose except weight and gain a healthier self as we age?

“Phase training” is designed to be broken down into levels to provide safe progressions to the subsequent phases.
