🌟 Tuesday Truths October 28, 2025
Have you ever found yourself caught between a rock and a hard place—not because of your own choices, but because of someone else’s?
This past weekend, I found myself right there. In the middle. In the gray zone.
After hearing both sides of the situation—each passionately believing they were right—I was reminded of something I’ve learned over and over again in life: The truth usually lives somewhere in between.
On one side of the coin, I saw someone so desperate to fix things that they were willing to “sell their soul to the devil” just to improve their situation. On the other, someone standing firm in their beliefs—so firm that it almost felt like retaliation.
And then there were those caught in the middle with the ones who didn’t know what was happening behind the scenes. Those who simply showed up to learn, to grow and to enjoy what the day was offering, while politics and pride got in the way.
That’s what stood out the to me—how politics, pride, and power struggles can creep in and divide good people who want the same thing!
It made me pause and ask myself—and maybe you have felt this too—
🪣 Why can’t we all just play in the same sandbox?
Why can’t we move beyond ego and hurt feelings to focus on the bigger picture—the people we’re here to serve and passion we share?
There’s something to be said about forgiving, letting go of what divides us, and focusing on what connects us. Because when we choose collaboration over competition, compassion over control, and connection over conflict—everyone wins!
If you find yourself caught in the middle of something messy—pause. Step back. Ask yourself: What truly serves the greater purpose?
Therefore, sometimes, being between a rock and a hard place is the perfect place to stand for what’s right without taking sides.
That is where living with AGE-GILITY comes in—staying flexible in mind, body, and spirit, even when circumstances stretch us in uncomfortable directions.
However, it means not letting old grudges harden our hearts, or fear clouds our purpose. It means remembering that growth happens in the middle—between what was and what can be.
So, let’s keep showing up with grace, forgiveness, and flexibility with kindness.
Because when we learn to play in the same sandbox again, imagine what we could build—together.
Bye for now……….
