Another tip for starting a New Year and throughout the year is clearing the Clutter.
“The first step to creating a life you want is getting rid of everything you don’t.” ~ Joshua Becker
Removing Clutter is removing a MESS or CLUTTER from a place to organize and prioritize one’s commitments, material possessions, or life.
From Clutter to Life Clarity. Cleaning up your mindset to clear out the Clutter of your life. If you have people or things in your life, you don’t want; then you have Clutter.
All Clutter is an obstacle in our life. What is so important with all this stuff? First, we must clear up our old beliefs about thoughts, things, or people.
“What we do one thing, we do everything.”
It’s not just about having the time to clear Clutter. It goes deeper than that.
Systematic Clutter – struggling to make time or decisions. Most common & deeper.
Core Clutter – is almost debilitating & inability to make progress.
- Fear
- Doubts
- Blocking or limiting beliefs
By decluttering, you can spend more time with your those you love.
Organizing your Home and Life from Clutter can:
- lower your stress levels
- help eat and sleep better
- makes you more productive
- gives your home a clean & organized feel
- allows your mind to give you energy throughout the day
