Years ago, when I decided who I wanted to coach and what I wanted my work to stand for, the word AGE-GILITY came to me almost immediately. So let me tell you of my trademark journey: a tale of sweat, determination, a few technical kerfuffles, and how I chose to protect the hard work of my ideas.🌿💻📝
The word AGE-GILITY represented everything I believed about flowing through the decades of life with confidence, presence, purpose, and agility in mind, body, and spirit. 💖🧠💪🙏
Once I realized AGE-GILITY was more than just a word — that it was my brand, message, and mission — I knew I wanted to TRADEMARK to protect it. 🛡️
Therefore, after doing my own online research, I discovered the most affordable route was to go directly through the United States Patent and Trademark Office. https://uspyo.gov🔍🇺🇸
I searched to make sure the name was available, completed the online paperwork, and, after months of waiting, my first trademark became official. ✅
I was thrilled. 🎉
And then, as my work continued to grow, so did my purpose. 🌱
While writing Create Your Growth Purpose System, I realized my message had expanded into helping others create their own roadmap for life. 🗺️
That is when my second trademark, Growth Purpose System, became part of my brand — along with my title, Michele Rase, AGE-GILITY Vibrancy Specialist. 💫
However, this one, however, came with images. 🖼️
And images created a whole new world of technical kerfuffles. 😅💻
There were corrections.
There were formatting issues.
There were uploads, revisions, and more learning than I ever expected. 📂🔄🧩
But I kept going. 💪
With the help of the examining attorney assigned to my case — and a big thank you to Canva — I made the necessary corrections and stayed with the process. 🙌🎨
And as of yesterday, it is finally official. 🎉✔️
This trademark journey reminded me that dreams do not become real simply because we wish for them. They become real because we are willing to keep showing up — even when we are frustrated, confused, or ready to quit. 🚶♀️🔥

“A dream doesn’t become reality through magic; it takes sweat, determination, and hard work.” ⭐

When you feel discouraged, do not confuse difficulty with defeat. Sometimes the hard parts are simply the growing parts. 🌻
AGE-GILITY is not only about moving the body. It is also about staying flexible in the mind, resilient in the spirit, and willing to learn something new — even when it involves government forms and image files! 🤸♀️🧠📑
At any age, we can still create. ✍️
At any age, we can still grow. 🌱
At any age, we can still protect our dreams. 🛡️✨
So keep going. 🚀

Ask for help if you need to. 🤝
Take a deep breath if the technology makes you want to scream. 😵💫💻
But do not throw in the towel too soon. 🏁
Your dream may not become reality through magic, but with purpose, persistence, hard work — and maybe a little humor — it can become real. 💖
