Tuesday Truths: June 3, 2025
The sunshine brings out the gardener in me — quite literally.
I’ve been knee-deep in dirt, planting blooms and pulling weeds, backache and all. So much so that… I completely forgot my standing chiropractor appointment (oops). The irony of that isn’t lost on me!
With the summer season calling, it’s easy to feel stretched and overwhelmed — especially when you’re balancing purpose and passion.
I’m still showing up for my AGE-GILITY tribe (you are my why), but I’ll admit, even that can feel like a juggling act some days, as I wait right presently for an estimator for some tree work.
On top of it all, I’ve taken on a new leadership role as VP of Membership for my Toastmasters Rochester Club 476 (because why not add one more thing, right?).
And I’ve been reconnecting with high school friends to plan a Mini 55th Reunion. Yes… 55th. Let that sink in.
So today’s reminder is simple:
💗 Self-care matters.
🌻 Enjoy each day.
🧘 Reap the fruits of your labor — but don’t forget to stretch
And most importantly — keep moving.
